What this site keeps, and why.

What we collect

What you type into a form: your name, contact details, and any room numbers or message you send.
First-party event counts by day, such as how many people opened the bay on the home page. No cookies, no identifiers, nothing that follows you.
With each form submission, the connection's IP address, browser type and country, kept only to filter spam and abuse.
Ordinary server logs kept by the host.
